We provide beauty and wellness services including but not limited to:

  • Manicure & Pedicure
  • Nail treatments & extensions
  • Facial treatments
  • Eyelash services
  • Waxing services

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on customer needs and conditions.


3. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments are recommended to avoid waiting time.
  • Walk-ins are subject to availability.
  • Customers are required to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shorter service time or rescheduling.

4. Payments

  • Full payment must be made upon completion of service unless stated otherwise.
  • Deposits (if required) are non-refundable.
  • We accept payment via methods approved by the company.

5. No Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable once started or completed.
  • Customers acknowledge and agree to this policy before the service begins.
  • A consent/agreement form may be required prior to treatment.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

8. Late Arrival / No Show Policy

  • Customers arriving late may have their session shortened or rescheduled.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
  • Deposits will be forfeited in case of no-show.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The customer is unwell or has contagious conditions
  • The customer behaves inappropriately
  • The requested service may cause harm or is not suitable

10. Liability

  • We are not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
  • Customers proceed with services at their own risk after giving consent.
