At Tymor Nail Beauty Care, operated by Timur Platinum Sdn. Bhd. (1424221-D), we provide multiple secure and convenient payment options for our customers.

Online Payments (via HitPay)

  • FPX Online Banking
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
  • E-Wallets (supported by HitPay platform)

All online payments are processed securely through HitPay, a trusted payment gateway provider.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

  • Atome

Customers may choose Atome to split payments into instalments, subject to Atome’s terms and approval.

In-Store Payments

  • Cash
  • Debit / Credit Card
  • QR Pay (if available)

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made upon confirmation of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the service type.
  • Certain services or promotions may require full upfront payment or deposit.
  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders or bookings will only be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).

4. Failed or Pending Payments

  • If payment fails or is pending, the booking will not be confirmed.
  • Customers are required to retry payment or use an alternative payment method.

5. Refund Policy Reference

  • All payments are subject to our No Refund Policy.
  • Once payment is made and service has commenced, it is strictly non-refundable.

6. Security

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party providers.
  • We do not store customers’ card or payment details.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Any fraudulent chargeback claims will be investigated.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating disputes.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounts, promotions, or package deals are subject to specific terms.
  • They cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
