Return & Refund Policy
At Timur Platinum Sdn. Bhd. (1424221-D), operating as Tymor Nail Beauty Care, we strive to deliver high-quality beauty and nail services to all our customers. Please read our policy carefully before proceeding with any treatment.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for services are strictly non-refundable.
As our services (including manicure, pedicure, nail treatments, facial, eyelash, and waxing services) are performed in real-time and fully visible to customers throughout the process, refunds will not be provided once the service has commenced or been completed.
2. Customer Acknowledgement & Consent
Before any treatment begins:
- Customers are required to review and agree to the selected service
- Customers will acknowledge and sign a consent/agreement form
By signing the agreement, customers confirm that:
- They understand the nature of the service
- They agree to proceed with the treatment
- They accept that the service is non-refundable
3. Service Satisfaction
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied:
- Please inform our staff immediately during or right after the service
- We may offer a touch-up or correction, subject to management discretion
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Changes & Cancellations
- Any changes to appointments must be made in advance
- Deposits (if any) are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with prior notice
5. Responsibility of Customer
Customers are responsible to:
- Clearly communicate their preferences before the service begins
- Inform staff of any allergies or sensitivities
- Check and confirm the final result before leaving the premises
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable except in situations where:
- The service cannot be performed due to fault on our side
(Subject to management review and approval)
